First Time Visitors

We are group of Christians committed to following Jesus Christ. Since November 21, 2017, we have been meeting in the home of Geno & Vivien Quiroz every Tuesday evening at 6:00pm for a time of prayer, fellowship and bible study. We desire to surrender to the work of the Holy Spirit, allowing His gifts to bring us into unity and to worship God in Spirit and in truth. Our emphasis is worship & the Word with verse-by-verse teaching of God’s Word.

Is this a home bible study or a church plant?

Both. We believe God is calling us to start a new church and He has given us a vision to start small, so that He can build it up and bring the right people. We simply trust in the work of the Holy Spirit, and of Jesus Christ who is building His church as He said He would. If we have complete confidence that it’s His church, that He’s going to build it, and that He’s going to do His job, then all we have to do is be faithful.

Do you have Sunday services?

As we grow, and eventually outgrow our current accommodations, we will expand into a larger public facility for a Sunday service,

How long is the service

Generally speaking the entire service is 60-90 minutes long. Here is the typical format for a Tuesday evening service:

  • 6:00–6:20 Arrive & Fellowship
  • 6:20–7:00 Bible Study
  • 7:00–7:30 Prayer & More Fellowship

What About Worship?

We believe in making a joyful noise unto the Lord through a time of praise and worship before and after the Bible study! Although we have had a few guests lead us in worship, we are still waiting on the Lord to bring us the right worship leader to lead us on a regular basis.

What About My Kids?

Our boys are 8 & 9 and they are a big part of our church plant. We believe it is a great experience for them to be a part of the genuine church community experience of a new church plant.  Currently all kids are joining us for the bible study.

As we grow, our desire is to provide age appropriate care and teaching for infants through young adults while striving for minimal distractions for the parents. Our goal is to that your kids will soon be able to enjoy their own Worship and Bible time to instill faith in Jesus and a growing love for the Lord and others with some fun in the mix!

How Should I Dress?

Come as you are and wear whatever you’re comfortable wearing. Our Tuesday evening service is meant to be a place where you can come right from work in your work attire, wear shorts and flip flops when it’s warm, or come bundled up during the cold Marina winter months. And when we start our Sunday services, I do not expect it to be much different.

Will you ask for money?

We don’t pass the plate so please relax and be our guest! You will never be hyped for money or pressured to give. We allow people to give online at their own convenience. We will also have what we call an offering box where you can drop your tithes and offerings before or after service.
